“Blood, Sweat and Fears” in the Media

I was honored to be invited on Brittney-Nichole Savada’s Podcast, Leading with Emotional Intelligence.

The title of the interview is: “Blood, Sweat, and Fears”.

Wow, what the heck does that mean?

We talked about how FEAR is
Fantasized
Experiences
Appearing
Real.

And there is much FEAR going on in our world between political unrest, polarization, and the pandemic.

What can we do to feel better?

We talked about how personalized health information can actually ALLEVIATE fear, especially customized information like bloodwork and genetics.

I discuss the field of epigenetics and how we can feel more empowered in our health and in our lives. (Interested in learning more about epigenetics? Check out this post about human optimization and this post on optimal performance on my blog).

What host Brittney-Nichole had to say: “This has to be one of the most interesting interviews I have done on this show.”

Listen to the interview or watch it on YouTube.
