Eating Like an Olympian is As Simple as Eating a Rainbow

Screen Shot 2016-01-06 at 7.54.28 AMI was interviewed this morning by Michael Patrick Shiels from Michigan’s Big Show about how to turn a skiing vacation into a wellness/leadership retreat. He asked me for a tip on healthy eating, and I answered:  Eat A Rainbow! (of fruits and veggies).
