How to Increase Your Health, Happiness and Productivity

It was such fun and a real honor to be interviewed by former Oprah producer Danette Kubanda to talk about how we can manage chronic stress and disease.

Danette was thrilled that the tips I provide are not only easy and uncomplicated, but they are not expensive and are available to everyone!


Here are some tips I share during the video:
*To increase happiness:  Smile!
*To decrease cortisol and increase testosterone: assume a power pose!
*To down-regulate the nervous system: deep breathing is an easy go-to. To take your healing to the next level, consider some of the cutting edge modalities such as Brainspotting.
*To increase health: proper nutrition (I emphasize breakfast), get moving, and manage the emotions
*To increase productivity: use the Pomodoro technique
