Ahead of my interview on Radio MD, I had sent Lisa Davis (a rock star in the world of wellness) a copy of my new book, Give It a Go, Eat a Rainbow. She was excited to report that her daughter loved reading the interactive book full of rhymes and questions.

This video shows a recent visit to a preschool where we did a reading, food tasting, and art activity. One of my favorite ways to expose kids to a colorful array of fruits and veggies is through RAINBOW DAYS. Here is a short video recapping a recent rainbow day:
We noticed that when kids would hear about eating a rainbow, they would ask, “what about skittles and lucky charms”. YIKES.
