She is a living testament to nugget #3 (see below).  We can all draw a ton of inspiration and knowledge from this show, not only for our publishing journey but also for our personal lives.

Sylvie talks about her path before and after publishing her book “Make it a HABIT! Creating Health and Happiness for your Body, Mind and Spirit” while keeping it real and grounded.

Here are the fun nuggets from the show:

  1. Habits make up your life. Habits sum up to be the total of your life
  2. The tasks for writing and the tasks for marketing and publicity are very different, and authors that want to get into this field need to realize that they will need to embrace both sides
  3. You are never too old to start something new. There is so much more that you can offer to the world, life has so much worth, there are so many interesting things out there, just keep on learning and keep on learning and keep enjoying what you are doing
  4. Have awareness and mindfulness of what you do on a day to day basis whether it is the balance of eating, exercising, relaxing and having fun. Schedule time on your agenda to some of those things if you have to.
