Cece has lived in Boise since 2004. She served as the assistant for economic development for Boise Mayor David Bieter for nearly six years, where she focused her efforts on advising on and implementing policies and programs to help Boise businesses. She also practiced law, concentrating in intellectual property-based transactions and privacy matters for almost 13 years.
She has served on the board of numerous nonprofit organizations, including Go Lead Idaho, the Association of Junior Leagues International, the Junior League of Boise, the Discovery Center of Idaho and Family Advocates.
Cece earned her BSE in biomedical engineering from Duke University and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She and her husband have one daughter.
