Episode 037 of the Mountain Mantras: Wellness and Life Lessons show features an interview between Jeff Guylay and Brandie Hinen. Please read more about Brandie below.
Brandie reminds listeners of an interesting statistic (she cited Fast Company): less than 10% of leaders feel fully adequate in the positions they are in.
Brandie talks about four questions that she asks of leadership, sales teams and service teams during a pre-consult audit. Leadership questions include:
1. What is present?
2. What is missing?
3. How do you contribute to what is missing?
4. What are the possibilities?
She also asks: what are your 3 greatest strengths, areas to work on, and if you could change anything in the organization, what would it be?
