In this episode, we continue our exploration of the application of Brainspotting modality as we discuss applications such as Brainspotting for abundance, Brainspotting for ancestral trauma, and more.
My guest is Nancy Tung, an international Brainspotting trainer, consultant, and coach. Read more about Nancy and follow the links to her practice below.
Brainspotting is a modality discovered by Dr. David Grand. Please visit www.brainspotting.com to learn more.
For this episode, we have four mantras, two key questions, and a group meditation exercise.
Mantra #1: Abundance is both quantifiable and non-quantifiable; both are important to happiness in life
Mantra #2: Set your goals with a focus on mindset
Mantra #3: Recognize that mindset goals might have to do with overcoming generational issues (not just what you’ve experienced in your own lifetime)
Mantra #4: Limiting beliefs can be at an ancestral level (and they can be overcome through modalities such as Brainspotting which address the mind-body system)
Question 1: Write down your biggest fear
Question 2: Notice what symptoms you have suffered since childhood.
