Mantra #1: Happiness is an inside job.
Mantra #2: Don’t get stuck in the “I’ll be happy when” syndrome.

Mantra #3: Be selfish – to an extent. (Emily states that in reality, meditation is one of the least selfish things you can do).

Mantra #5: Stress makes you stupid, sick, and slow.
Meditation is a wonderful solution.
Mantra #6: Feel to heal.

We talk about how holding back our feelings can create a huge impact on our human system over time. For kiddos, when they start at a young age suppressing emotions, this can build up and even change their bodies at a cellular level. We liken this impact as the “butterfly that starts the Tsunami”:
Mantra #7: Overcome the “I can’t do it” obstacle, otherwise known as the “I’m a meditation failure”.
Mantra #8: Let meditation bring you abundance. Manifestation is the yummy dessert of the Ziva Meditation technique. The “appetizer” is mindfulness, while the “main course” is meditation.
