She provide insight about how we can balance healthy with being an entrepreneur.

Amy is also the author of two books.  She loves a great garden harvest, cooking and educating others about eating nourishing foods.

Amy left the corporate 9-5 workforce to start her own nutrition practice, which has given her the flexibility to spend more time pursuing the hobbies that fascinate and fulfill her, such as beekeeping and creating hand made crafts including jewelry and mead-making.
