Can folks that don’t eat cheese enjoy something that reminds them of cheese?
When I joined Elena on her dairy-free “personal journey”, the first, thing I missed was cheese. Here is the recipe that allowed me to feed my craving (without eating dairy).
In a Cuisinart blend:
– 2 cups soaked cashews (or macadamia nuts)– soak for 10 minutes and then drain
– 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
– 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1 t salt
