Crepes

My daughter loves when I make crepes for breakfast (or lunch, or dinner)!  It is a treat, and we have a little “crepe bar” where she can roll up hers with yummy fruits, almond butter and of course whipped cream!

Ingredients:

– 1 cup flour
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup water
– 2 T butter
– 1 t vanilla
Optional: other spices like cinnamon

Directions:

Pour a little of the batter into a pan with a little butter (think:  very thin pancake) and let it brown on both sides.  Making crepes is so easy, we should all do it more.  I don’t have a special crepe pan, so I just make mine in a saute pan.

You can get fancy with your presentation, of course!
