For a refreshing summer snack, blend in a Vitamix or Cuisinart:
– 1 avocado
– 2 cups greens (spinach, kale, sorrel, asian greens, etc.)
– 1/2 herbs (basil, parsley, cilantro, dill, tarragon, etc.)
– 1 roma tomato
– 1 T each: fresh lemon juice, apple cider* vinegar, olive oil
– 1 t sea salt
*or change it up with red wine vinegar, or balsamic vinegar
