Herb Cheese Crackers

We could all eat parmesan cheese made into crackers every night!

– 15 oz cheese (we put parmesan, cheddar, or swiss blocks in the Cuisinart to shred)
– 3 cups almond flour
– 3/4 cup olive oil
– 9 T water
– 1 t salt
– herbs– take what you have from the garden:  oregano, dill, rosemary, etc. and finely mince it

Combine all the above in a bowl.  Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Create round crackers with the “dough” (press down to make thin).  Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.  Cool and enjoy it!
