I have been trying to come up with ways to use all the greens we have growing in our garden, hence this soup was born:
– 1 avocado
– several stalks of celery
– a large bunch of greens from the garden
– 3 T olive oil
– 1/2 cup dulse flakes (seaweed; great source of iodine)
– Purified water to thin
– Optional: scallion or green onion (about 2 T)
Mix up in the Vitamix. Easy and so healthy!
