Refreshing and filling, this Strawberry Banana Smoothie takes minutes to make and gives you a nice boost of fiber and calcium. We often make smoothies with a hand blender, but if you don’t have one, a regular blender or food processor will do the job.
– 10 oz frozen strawberries
– 1 6 oz container vanilla yogurt
– ½ cup milk
– 4 cubes of ice
– honey, to taste
Place ingredients in a deep bowl and process with a hand blender until desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
