This is a wonderful side dish! Grab the best and freshest greens you can find and make this dressing:
Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
– 2 T fresh lime juice
– 2 T fresh lemon juice
– 2 T rice wine vinegar
– 2 T honey
– 1/2 t sea salt
– 1/3 cup olive oil
– 1 T fresh chopped parsley
– 1 t fresh thyme leaves
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together, or blend in a Vitamix. Enjoy!
